PUTRAJAYA, Sept 29 — The government allocated RM5.6 billion to construct a dual-function reservoir meant for raw water supply and flood mitigation of Sungai Klang - Sungai Rasau and for Phase 2 of the Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant (LRAL2F2).
